Suggested CTAN directory: Please remove the contents of tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/supported/koma-script but not the contrib subdirectory and extract the koma-script.tar.gz into tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/supported/koma-script
Short text for announcement: Lots of changes where done. There a many new features, a new package (scrpage2), better compatibility with packages like longtable and float, and a new written german scrguide. Because of lack in time and translation staff the english scrguide is still the old one.
