The main new feature is a preliminary support for partial LOFs and LOTs in titletoc. As with partial TOCs, you may even create several sets of intermixed partial lists.

• A new argument in float pagestyles to add, say, rule settings.
• ...break in top shape (eg, chapterbreak).
• toctitles changes the behaviour of optional argument so that the TOC entry is always the full title.
• newlinetospace replaces \ with spaces in TOC and running heads.

Other new features (titletoc)

- package options rigidseps, to ease fitting to a
  grid.
