This is an intermediate release, to fix an issue with the calc package and l3calc. The original calc implementation truncates on INT division, but l3calc rounds instead. This change of behaviour can lead to unexpected results. As an immediate fix, expl3 no longer loads l3calc, which is still available as a stand-alone unit.
