Former revival of

opagebreak at paragraph ends with lineno.sty (which

ednotes.sty calls) worked as if *each* paragraph had been closed by

opagebreak. Here is a fix.---However, we are planning to dissolve

these packages linenox0f..sty in lineno.sty in August anyway, at its author's, Stephan Boettcher's, offer.
