for at least 0800-1400 (gmt +0100) of 2004-10-24, the central computing facilities of the university of cambridge will be off-line to switch over to a new, beefier, ups.
this means that all the cambridge-supplied tex facilities, viz.
www.tex.ac.uk, including the uk tex faq ftp.tex.ac.uk, also known as cam.ctan.org rsync.tex.ac.uk
