This is release 9.1b (2004-01-26) of the PSNFSS collection; a set of virtual fonts, font metrics, map files and macros to support the Base35 fonts and the free Charter and Pazo fonts. The license is, of course, LPPL.
Main changes over version 9.0c are:
- The Euro symbol exteuro is now available in all text
font families supported by PSNFSS (except Utopia). This matches the corresponding changes in the latest version 1.99f (2004/02/22) of the textcomp package.
- The Utopia fonts are no longer regarded as required; the
package utopia.sty is marked as obsolete.
- Charter: A number of long-standing bugs regarding the
fontdimens and the kerning data have been fixed. In particular, the overly tight kerning between between L and quoteright has been abolished.
- Package helvet.sty: Fixed implementation of the key-value
interface.
