Major changes:
* New files: example-glossaries-*.tex
These contain lorem ipsum dummy entries for testing new styles or constructing MWEs that require a lot of sample entries (to be placed on TeX's path)
* glossaries.sty:
- new package option: automake - new commands: forallacronyms, ewignoredglossary - gls etc now have a +-version (opposite of the *-version)
* mfirstuc.sty v1.09:
- Added MFUnocap
* New package: mfirstuc-english.sty
Various bug fixes.
