CTAN update: tabularht v2.3, pdfcolmk v1.0

On Sun, 31 Dec 2006, Heiko Oberdiek submitted an update to the oberdiek bundle.

Changes:

• tabularht v2.3:
  • Documentation fix.
  • Fix in code of option vlines.
• pdfcolmk v1.0:
  • If pdftex.def >= 2007/01/01 v0.04a is used with pdfTeX 1.40.0, then package pdfcolmk is obsolete.
