----- Forwarded message from Enn Saar ----- I uploaded to ftp.dante.de a zip file (eehyph.zip) with Estonian hyphenation patterns. I should have done that long ago, these patterns have been in use for about twenty years.
The patterns should go into tex-archive/language/estonian/eehyph.tex, and I chose to license them by lppl.
Thanks for the upload. I installed it as suggested in CTAN:language/estonian/
