- ifwhatever: evaluates a conditional no matter whether it's a TeX conditional (expecting else... fi) or a conditional with <true> and <false> as arguments;
- ifexpression: evaluates a conditional expression, i.e. conditionals separated by & (and) and | (or), possibly negated with - and grouped into subexpressions;
- ifelseif: takes any number of conditional/statement pairs and executes the statement associated with the first true conditional.

everse now defaults to unless instead of producing an error if
the following command isn't recognized as a texapi conditional.
