Temporary stop of upload service at CTAN

Neither CTAN admin is able to work on uploads this week-end.

We have decided to leave the upload pages (and ftp upload directories) open, but there is little chance that the backlog will be processed before Monday (14th May).

Please bear with us: there are only two admins doing all the installation, documentation and announcement work. This was bound to happen some time, and this weekend external pressures have coincided as feared.

And please be sensible about what you upload for us to install -- a large number of copies of the same package (oh, i forgot _that_, too or the like), for example, won't do you any good, and may anger other people who can't upload as a result.
