Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I am pleased to announce the release of v1.1 of my mciteplus LaTeX package:

which is a reimplementation of Thorsten Ohl's mcite package:
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/mcite/
which provides support for the grouping of multiple citations together as is often done in physics journals. An extensive set of features provide for other applications such as reference sublisting.
V1.1 is a bugfix release with the following changes:
1) Corrected error message when a tail is declared again under a different head.
2) Updated IEEEtranM.bst and IEEEtranMN.bst to IEEEtran.bst v1.13 code base.
