Announcement text: ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Three hyperref-based macros that simplify usage of hypertarget and hyperlink: one argument instead of twice the same. And gmiflink and gmifref to typeset plain text instead of error or ?? if there's no respective hypertarget or label.
I also used them in automatically generated hyperindex while documenting some database project.

Needs hyperref and three 'basic' packages of mine: gmutils, gmverb and gmiflink.
As a bonus, the driver files are added that typeset the LaTeX (TeXLive2005) Base. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
