The LuaTeX-ja project submitted an update to the
luatexja
package.
Version number: 20160131.0
License type: bsd
Summary description: Typeset Japanese with Lua(La)TeX
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
* luatexja-preset.sty: support Scale=<fp> and match options
when nfssonly option is specified.
* Japanese font family inside verb and verbatim environment
can be customized by jttdefault.
If luatexja-{preset,fontspec} with match option or ltjsclasses
are used, tfamily changes current Japanese font fmaily to
this jttdefault.
* Fixed several bugs.
Note that IVS support (to enable it, load luatexja-otf.sty and
execute directlua{luatexja.otf.enable_ivs()}) breaks vertical
writing mode with current LuaTeX.
(This IVS support works fine with LuaJITTeX, strangely.)

Scott Pakin submitted an update to the
ctanify
package.
Version: 1.8.1
License: lppl1.3
Summary description: Prepare a package for upload to CTAN
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
ctanify is intended for developers of LaTeX packages who want to
distribute their packages via the Comprehensive TeX Archive Network
(CTAN). Given a list of filenames, ctanify creates a tarball (a
.tar.gz file) with the files laid out in CTAN's preferred structure.
The tarball additionally contains a ZIP (.zip) file with copies of
all files laid out in the standard TeX Directory Structure (TDS),
which facilitates inclusion of the package in the TeX Live distribution
of TeX.
Version 1.8.1 adds -y to the zip command to retain symbolic links
(suggested by Martin Sievers).
