Maintenance update
From the README:
Changes (2022/11/17)
o memoir v3.7.19
-- changed version numbering to v3.7.<num> (no plans to switch to 3.8
anytime soon)
-- changed several heH... definitions to def to work better with
coming hyperref/tagging changes
-- similar for oclevel@... macros
-- only declare stockwidth and stockheight if the kernel hadn't done
so already
o memhfixc v1.20
-- removed patch for @starttoc and thus Hy@AtBeginDocument is no
longer used in memhfixc
WORD OF ADVICE: It is not recommended to manually update memoir into
an old LaTeX installation. Not all changes are compatible with older
un-updated LaTeX systems and we often make no attempt to be backwards
compatible. Instead we assume that users use updated memoir with an
updated LaTeX installation.

Summary description: Use LGR-encoded fonts in math mode
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1.0 2022/11/16
The lgrmath package is a LaTeX package which sets the Greek
letters in math mode to use glyphs from the LGR-encoded font of
one’s choice. The documentation includes a rather extensive list
of the available font family names on typical LaTeX installations.
The package allows to easily configure math mode to use either
upright or italic/slanted shapes, and all Greek letters are always
available also via ...up and ...it named macros (what `up' and
`it' mean is configured by package options). Typically, this
package is for users who have already modified Latin letters in
math mode, e.g. via package frenchmath or mathastext, and who wish
to match them with some suitable font for Greek symbols.

Jean-François Burnol submitted an update to the
libgreek
package.
Version number: 1.1 2022-11-11
License type: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Greek letters in math mode from Libertinus or Linux
Libertine/Biolinum
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1.1 2022/11/11
This package allows to set the Greek letters in math mode
to use the glyphs from the Libertinus Serif or Sans font,
via support files for type1 provided by the libertinus-type1
package of Bob Tennent. All Greek letters are defined both
in ...up and ...it variants. The style (ISO, TeX, or
French i.e. upright) can be modified midway in the document.
For a complete math solution, see rather libertinust1math.
The initial 2011 release was set-up to use font files mapping
to Linux Libertine or Biolinum, but the libertine-legacy
package providing this has been obsolete for some years, and
as a result this package was broken on new installations.
The 2022 release has switched to using libertinus-type1 as it
provides LGR-encoded fonts. The package will detect if
libertine-legacy is present and will fall-back to the
`legacy' code to ensure exact backwards compatibility for old
documents on old systems.

Announcement text:

crossrefenum is yet another package for rendering enumerations of cross-references
automatically, with collapsing of identical numbers and ranges. It can handle references
by two critera (such as “p. 5, l. 10 and 17; p. 6, l. 34”) and is extensible. It
currently supports LaTeX and ConTeXt; since most of the algorithm is written in Plain
TeX, it should be possible to add other formats.
