On Sun, 11 Apr 2010 Martin Scharrer submitted an update to the
svn-prov
package.
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This version allows the version number and description to be
stated in two optional argument instead in one. This
simplifies DTX files which extract several style files.
A new macro filetoday is provided which print filedate in
the format of oday. For this the oday macro is required
(otherwise filetoday simply return '?') and might be
defined using the babel package.

Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This very simple package, for both Plain TeX and LaTeX,
defines the ifPDFTeX, ifXeTeX, and ifLuaTeX boolean
for testing whether PDFTeX, or XeTeX, or LuaTeX is being
used for typesetting.
Also provides the RequirePDFTeX, RequireXeTeX, and RequireLuaTeX
command which throws an error if PDFTeX, XeTeX and LuaTeX (respectively)
is not the engine in use.

On Sun, 4 Apr 2010 Axel Kielhorn submitted an update to the
adrconv
package.
Summary description: BibTeX styles to implement an address database.
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This release contains the modifications I made to adrconv over the last 4 years.
New features:
- Removed email.bst and added email, notes, and organization to the fields
exported by adrconv.bst. Email and Notes are printed by adrdir.tex.
- Renamed birthday.bst to adrbirthday.bst to avoid a collision with directory.cls
- Added support for a pdfTeX only workflow, no DVIDVI is needed, supplied files for
automatic imposition.
- Added a quick and dirty solution to export data from Addressbook.app via a
Pages file and some vi commands.
The archive contains a Pages file useable with iWork08 or iWork09 and a Vim
script, both should go to the doc directory in TL.
When the dtx is expanded, adrmontage[12].tex should go to the doc directory as
well, these are templates that need modification by the user.

Summary description: PDF output for the Xy-pic package
License type: gpl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The xypdf package improves the output quality of the Xy-pic
package when PDF documents are generated. It produces
generic PDF code for graphical elements like lines, curves
and circles instead of approximating these elements with
glyphs in special fonts as the original Xy-pic package does.
The xypdf package works both with pdfLaTeX and the two-step
compilation LaTeX → dvipdfm(x).

Name of contribution: standalone
Version number: v0.3
Author's name: Martin Scharrer
Summary description: Update to v0.3: Automatic sub-preamble inclusion inside the
main preamble
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This update brings some exciting new options for the
'standalone' package. Using these options the preamble code
of the sub-files can not only be skipped but extracted into
an auxiliary file (.sta) which is then loaded by the main
document during the next LaTeX run.
The body content of the sub-files is skipped during the
first run to avoid compile errors.
To avoid option clashes of loaded packages all package
option can be extracted first and predefined using
'PassOptionsToPackage'.
Alternatively the sub-preambles can be simply printed
(without special macros added by 'standalone') into a
different auxiliary file (.stp) for easy manual copy&paste
into the main document. If requested a list of required
packages and pgf, tikz and tikz-timing libraries can be
printed avoiding duplicates.
New macros:
onlyifstandalone{<code>} Used to hide code from the
sub-preamble code extractor.
standaloneignore Can be used to ignore code before the
'documentclass' of sub-files.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
fc_arith is a LaTeX package used to create an arithmetic
flash card. Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and
division problems are randomly
generated.
The flash card created by fc_arith can be customized in
many ways. Design and build your own flash card using an
dvips/Acrobat Distiller work flow, or
a pdftex work flow.
