Read the handbook - preXnotes{length} and prenotesX{length} can be use to define the space before the first series of critical/critical footnotes of the pages, instead of the value defined by eforeXnotes[series]{length} / eforenotesX[series]{length} - when two (or more) sidenotes are in the same line, they are both printed, separated by a comma. But you can redefine sidenotesep to change this separator. In eledpar : - compatibility with eledmac 1.1 - the option shiftedverses becomes shiftedpstart. An author frequently writing documents in two or more languages can use the same commands independently of the language, provided they are gathered in a list macro to be used by the `dowith' package. If `<cmd>' is in the list, it is set to work like `<chars><cmd>', and a macro `langcode' will expand to <chars> (the respective tokens), usable in URLs. The package is ``generic, based on `plainpkg'. Summary description: generic handling of category codes (private letters, active characters) License type: lppl Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The `catcodes' bundle deals with category code switching. The contained packages should work with LaTeX as well as without (based on the `plainpkg' package). The important cases of category codes are (a) private letters for internal package commands and (b) active characters. `stacklet.sty' deals with (a), `actcodes.sty' with (b). There also is (c) `catchdq.sty', an application of (b), for automatic insertion of typographical double quotes when the user only enters ASCII double quotes. What is typographical differs between languages, the new `langcode' package completes `catchdq''s functionality in this respect. See README for documentation and similar (more comprehensive) packages. Some macros and code are moving here from the `morehype' and `nicetext' bundles, attempting to improve all of them. License type: lppl Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- XMP (eXtensible Metadata Platform) is a mechanism proposed by Adobe for embedding document metadata within the document itself. The metadata are designed to be easy to extract, even by programs that are oblivious to the document's file format. Most of Adobe's applications store XMP metadata when saving files. Now, with the hyperxmp package, it is trivial for LaTeX document authors to store XMP metadata in their documents as well. hyperxmp integrates seamlessly with hyperref and requires virtually no modifications to documents that already exploit hyperref's mechanisms for specifying PDF metadata. Version 2.0 of hyperxmp represents a substantial effort by Heiko Oberdiek to make the package Unicode-compatible.
