These options are added in version 39.1. pdflatex does not produce a warning message in the log related to invalid page numbers in the table-of-content (see issue 101 on the AutoLaTeX developer website). The command line '--postcompilationruns' enables the user of AutoLateX to specify the minimal number of runs of pdflatex to be executed during the last execution stage.
