Summary description: xkcd names of colors
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
In the year 2010, Randall Munroe posted a really fun and nice article on
the iconic web of xkcd. He did a very curious experiment: showing
colors to a lot of people and asking to name each one.
Afterward, he processed the data and sorted the names for each color by
popularity --- that means, how many people gave the same name to the
same color (no guidance here! Read the post linked above for details).
He obtained a nice list of around 950 color names. It's not at all
surprising that a lot of people forged CloudyBlue, but some color is
really surprising, like for example BabyPoopGreen or DullPink...
Now you can use them in LaTeX!

kblocks
package.
Version number: 1.0
License type: mit
Summary description: Easily typeset Control Block Diagrams and Signal Flow
Graphs
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The kblocks package uses TikZ/ PGF to directly typeset beautiful control
block diagrams and signal flow graphs directly with LaTeX. Basically,
it defines a number of commands to make drawing control block diagrams
using TikZ/ PGF more structured and easier. Like all LaTeX packages,
TikZ/PGF inherits the steep learning curve, that is, no what you see is
what you get.
This macro reduces the length of this learning curve and serves as a
frontend, by focusing the graphics package on control block diagrams
only.
My wish is that you all find it helpful. Don’t forget to share and like.
Please feel free to e-mail me for any improvement or suggestion with
respect to using kblocks and making it useful for those involved in the

Circuitikz version 0.9.5 (2019-10-12)
This release basically adds features to better control labels, voltages
and similar text ornaments on bipoles, plus some other minor things.
On the bug fixes side, a big incompatibility with ConTeXt has
been fixed, thanks to helping from @TheTeXnician and @hmenke on github.com.
- Added a midtap anchor for coils and exposed the inner coils
shapes in the transformers
- Added a curved capacitor with polarity coherent with
ecapacitor
- Added the possibility to apply style and access the nodes of
bipole's text ornaments (labels, annotations, voltages, currents,
and flows)
- Added the possibility to move the wiper in resistive
potentiometers
- Added a command to load and set a style in one go
- Fixed internal font changing commands for compatibility with
ConTeXt
- Fixed hardcoded black color in elko and elmech

John Bowman submitted an update to the
asymptote
package.
Version number: 2.58
License type: lgpl3
Summary description: 2D and 3D TeX-Aware Vector Graphics Language
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Intersection points in geometry.asy are now returned in currentcoordsys; a
numerical precision issue was also fixed. Ambiguous function signatures in
geometry.asy are resolved by requiring explicit casts when converting
general forms to special cases. The xasy editor selection is now
consistent. Building the asymptote.so shared library is supported again.
A bug in rendering indexed triangle arrays was fixed. Execution errors in
support utilities are now handled gracefully. Due to current limitations
of dvisvgm (2.7.4), graphic() can only display SVG output (used by the
xasy vector editor) for external vector EPS graphics (embedded images,
PDF, PNG, and JPG formats are not yet supported). Building under CYGWIN
with X11 is supported again. The --version option lists both enabled and
disabled features. The GLX library is explicitly linked if present.
