epstopdf-pkg
package.
Version number: 2.8 2019-11-27
License type: lppl1.3
Summary description: Call epstopdf on the fly
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
epstopdf v2.8 2019/11/27
epstopdf-base package is called by the core graphics package in pdftex
and luatex to automate conversion of EPS files to PDF before being
included into the document.
The full package (which may be called directly) has many options which
are not used by the core processing, and handling the options caused
many packages to be loaded.
Previously
documentclass{article}
usepackage{graphics}
egin{document}
end{document}
loaded the packages
infwarerr, grfext, kvdefinekeys, ltxcmds, kvoptions, keyval,
kvsetkeys, etexcmds, ifluatex, iftex, pdftexcmds
The new release avoids loading packages when epstopdf-base is loaded
without options and so none of the above list will be included
allowing the core graphics package to only rely on this epstopdf
bundle, and also the Lua portion of pdftexcmds when used with LuaTeX.
All these packages are still loaded by usepackage{epstopdf} for
compatibility.

package.
Version number: 2019-11-24
License type: lppl1.3
Summary description: Customising captions in floating environments
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This upload contains some bugfixes and new features:
- Issue #63 Interactions of `caption` and `keyfloat` together with a
KOMA-Script fixed
- Issue #66 Table caption starts with Figure fixed
- Label format `autodot' added (for usage within documents using
KOMA-Script document class)
- Label format `unnumbered' added
- ContinuedFloat renamed to continuedfloat (since this is not a
preamble command)
- caption will always be re-defined now, unless `compatibility' is set
to `v1' (or an incompatible package is loaded)
Note #1: Unfortunately the documentation is still outdated, I'm working
on this...
Note #2: The `newfloat' package was removed from this bundle
since it's an individual package independent of the `caption' package.
I'll upload a new version of it right now.

Antonis Tsolomitis submitted the
NewComputerModern
package.
Version: 1.001
License: gfl
Summary description: Computer Modern fonts including matching non-latin alphabets
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the first release of a new assembly of ComputerModern
fonts plus glyphs for non latin alphabets which are considered
compatible in style to CM fonts.
The fonts contain Latin and accented latin letters and combinations,
Greek (monotonic and polytonic) and Cyrillic.
NewComputerModern will try to be a language-complete font (as much as
this is possible). So if you can provide information about glyphs for
any language not covered at this point, I will gladly add the glyphs.
Please notice that I will not design new glyphs from scratch. I will
gladly correct faulty splines or compose a character from existing
ones (such as accented) but the suggested to be added glyphs, must be
available from some source. For example, I know that a compatible
to cm font for Hebrew exists but I do not have any information more
than that.
