package.
Version number: 3.5 2020-11-23
License type: lppl1.3
Summary description: Name authority mechanism for consistency in body text and index
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This release of the nameauth package adds features and makes the package more compliant
with best practices.
New features include the ability to use multiple indexes, stricter handling of
cross-references, options for backward-compatibility, optimization and uniformity of
macro logic, increased modularity, and features that limit certain cases in which
undocumented behavior might occur. The documentation has been made more detailed and
there is more focus on proceeding from the known to the unknown, ensuring the quick start
to be easy and get one used to the package quickly.

Scott Pakin submitted an update to the
hyperxmp
package.
Version: 5.8 2020-11-18
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Embed XMP metadata within a LaTeX document
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
XMP (eXtensible Metadata Platform) is a mechanism proposed by Adobe
for embedding document metadata within the document itself.
The metadata are designed to be easy to extract, even by programs
that are oblivious to the document's file format.
Most of Adobe's applications store XMP metadata when saving files.
Now, with the hyperxmp package, it is trivial for LaTeX document
authors to store XMP metadata in their documents as well.
hyperxmp integrates seamlessly with hyperref and requires virtually
no modifications to documents that already exploit hyperref's mechanisms
for specifying PDF metadata. hyperxmp can embed a wide variety of metadata
as XMP, including the list of authors, document title, contact information
(telephone number, postal address, email address, etc.), copyright statement,
keywords, natural language, and much more. hyperxmp is compatible with
pdflatex, lualatex, xelatex, latex+dvipdfm, and latex+dvips+Distiller.
Version 5.8 includes a new add_byteCount Perl script that postprocesses
a PDF file to specify the true file size in the XMP packet
(property: <prism:byteCount>).
The documentation describes how to configure the latexmk build tool
to invoke add_byteCount automatically.
Thanks to John Collins for both the script and the configuration code.

Baekmuk Fonts for Korean
2020-11-08 Version 2.2.1
- Replace buggy version 2.0 `post` tables with version 3.0 ones,
which indicate that the font doesn't contain glyph names.
This is common for CJK fonts that are accessed by character code only.
- Set the font revision to 4.1 and the font version to 2.0.1 in all fonts
to emphasize that they belong together, which makes sense IMHO because
the fonts are no longer under development.

package.
Version number: 2.24.3 2020-11-08
License type: lppl1.3
Summary description: Typeset scholarly editions in parallel texts
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There where an inconstancy with hanging verses. If you defined indentation of hanging
verse as 2, with setstanzaindents{2,...}, the indentation was, in reality, typeset as
equal to 4. This happened:
- only in parallel typesetting;
- only with stanza macro, not with astanza environment.
This inconsistency has been corrected. If you want to keep old indentation after
upgrad-ing the package, just multiply by two the first argument of setstanzaindents.
