This version has an important bug fix for label positioning when using
once-relative style coordinates (the ones with a single `+`, like
`+(1,1)`.) Moreover, the possibility to have voltage, current, and flow
labels *without* the symbols (arrows, etc.) has been added, which
greatly simplify some personalization of these elements.
- Added the generic tunable macro
- Added `no v symbols` (and also for `i` and `f`), thanks to a head-up

## Changed
- The fix of #85 above renders ineffective the `includeonly` command when the

a command that is used only temporarily, so we don't increment the major
version number.
- Again expose `listoflistings` in the samples.

Summary description: Execute Python code on the fly in your LaTeX documents
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
PyLuaTeX allows you to execute Python code and to include the resulting output in your
LaTeX documents in a single compilation run. LaTeX documents must be compiled with
LuaLaTeX for this to work.
PyLuaTeX runs a Python InteractiveInterpreter (actually several if you use different
sessions) in the background for on the fly code execution. Python code from your LaTeX
file is sent to the background interpreter through a TCP socket. This approach allows
your Python code to be executed and the output to be integrated in your LaTeX file in a
single compilation run. No additional processing steps are needed. No intermediate files
have to be written. No placeholders have to be inserted.

Summary description: Horizontally and vertically split elliptical nodes
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The tikz-swigs package provides horizontally and vertically split
elliptical (pairs of) nodes in TikZ.
The two new multi-part shapes are `swig hsplit` and `swig vsplit`.
These build on and extend the existing `ellipse split` shape provided
in the `shapes.multipart` TikZ library in the following ways:
- Space can be introduced physically separating the two sub-parts.
- The cut that divides the ellipse can be horizontal `hsplit` or
vertical `vsplit`.
- The enclosing lines for each sub-part can be colored differently
or can be double lines.
- With `vsplit` the position of the dividing line relative to the
original undivided ellipse is determined based on the relative
size of the label text for the two pieces.
- Anchors determined by angles are supported, for example `mynode.170`.
