To compensate, I added stacked annotation (for symmetry).
- Added stacked annotations for symmetry with stacked labels.
- Fixed a bug in the plotting of `inst amp ra` terminals.
- Fixed a bug in managing stacked labels (`l2=...`); possibly it
will be mildly backward-incompatible (please see the manual about

## [2021-05-07]
### Added
- Color export in comma-separated format
- `ur{...}` escape in `l3regex` to compose regexes
- `seq_set_split_keep_spaces:Nnn` (see #784)
- `seq_set_item:Nnn(TF)` and `seq_pop_item:NnN(TF)`

approach to expand the file name
- Improved performance for basic conditionals

on the same file

egex_show:n`
- Regex replacement now errors when using a submatch (`1` etc) for which
the regex has too few groups

- Indexing in l3doc: all page references before codeline references,
improve target placement, solve pdfTeX and makeindex warnings
### Fixed
- Evalutate INT constants only once (issue #861)
- Detect `ior_map_inline:Nn` calls on undefined streams (issue #194)
### Deprecated
- `l3docstrip` converted to a stub which simply loads DocStrip: use
the latter directly

The Comprehensive LaTeX Symbol List .
Version: 14.0 2021-05-05
License: lppl1.3
Summary description: Symbols accessible from LaTeX
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Comprehensive LaTeX Symbol List is an organized list of
over 18,000 symbols commonly available to LaTeX users.
Some of these symbols are guaranteed to be available in every
TeX distribution. Others require font files that come with
some, but not all, TeX distributions. The rest require font
files that must be downloaded explicitly from CTAN
(https://www.ctan.org/) and installed.
Version 14.0 adds symbols from the utfsym, twemojis, worldflags,
rojud, and plimsoll packages. Consequently, the number of symbols
documented has increased from 14,599 in the previous version of
the list to 18,150 in this list.
Version 14.0 also fixes a number of bugs.

NewComputerModern
package.
Version number: 3.90
License type: gfl
Summary description: Computer Modern fonts including matching non-latin alphabets
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is an intermediate release as we move towards Version 4. The fonts now
(i) include 8pt versions for Regular and Book weight in Regular and Italic in Roman and Sans families
(ii) Support diacritics stacking for all Latin glyphs
(iii) Source sfd files are included since they now essentially differ from otf files. The diacritics
stacking capability added, enabled the auto-composition of accented glyphs already in Unicode, thus
reducing the size of sfd files and enabling the possibility to correct one spline and the correction
to be inherited in all composed glyphs.
This capability will be added to Greek for version 4. The 8pt fonts will be used for footnote and
lower sizes when the latest fontsetup package is loaded with options 'default' or 'olddefault'.

tipauni
package.
Version: 0.1 2021-04-27
License: gpl3+
Summary description: Producing Unicode characters with TIPA commands
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Package TIPA uses the T3 encoding for producing IPA characters.
The package is widely used in the field of linguistics, but because
of the old encoding, the output documents are less productive than
Unicode-based documents.
This package redefines most of the TIPA-commands for outputting
Unicode characters. Users can now use their beloved TIPA shortcuts
with the benefits of Unicode i.e. searchability, copy-pasting,
changing the font and many more.
As this package needs the package fontspec for loading an IPA font,
it needs to be compiled with XeLaTeX or LuaLaTeX.
This package can also be viewed as an ASCII-based input method for
producing IPA characters in Unicode.
This package also needs the Charis SIL font for printing IPA characters.

New things, like configurable modifier thickness, ferroelectric devices,
and several transistor tweaks. Importantly, a bug that hindered
compatibility with the internal Ti*k*Z `circuits` library (introduced in
1.3.3) has been fixed.
- Added separate configuration for the line thickness of resistors,
capacitors, and inductors modifiers
- Added ferroelectric capacitors and ferroelectric gate MOS/FETs (suggested by
Mayeul Cantan, https://github.com/circuitikz/circuitikz/issues/515)
- Added an option to fill the gate gap in MOSes, FETs and IGBTs with a color
- Added a centergap anchor for transistors
- Added the option nogate to the `hemt` symbol
- Fixed a bug in thermistors not respecting their class line thickness
- Fixes in the manual (copy and paste of snippets without numbers, correct old
usage of `siunitx`, factor out repetitions in the preamble; thanks to Ulrike
Fischer: https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/57160/38080)
