License: bsd3
Summary description: Cache includegraphics calls
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Are you waiting forever while your document compiles? Are you tired of
trial-and-error downscaling your images to make the output document smaller?
This LaTeX package provides caching of `includegraphics` calls, with several
useful effects:
* Recompilations are much faster
* Images can be postprocessed with `ghostscript` before inclusion, thus:
* Automatic downscaling to specified DPI
* Automatic JPEG compression with configurable quality
* Much smaller files (e.g. 10MB instead of 150MB)!
It needs '-shell-escape', however.

Version number: 0.6
License type: gpl2 lppl1.3c
Summary description: Draw pie charts, using PGF

pgf-pie now wraps the entire pie into a scope environment and
additionally defers lookup of unknown /pgfpie keys to the /pgf and
/tikz namespaces. This paves the way for all kinds of improvements such
as easy setting of global pie options like font or placement on the
background layer. Further is allows referring to the pie as a node via
local bounding box and moving the pie around on the canvas using the
shift key.
# Bug fixes
pgf-pie tokenizes its arguments which led to breakage when used with
babel. For now, babel functionality is simply disabled for the entire

The third point means that the default setting (i.e. when no options
are given) is faster now. Since people hardly write multi-language
documents with cross-references between theorem-like environments written
in different languages, this should not make much difference.
Personally I still recommend using originalref in the final version though.

SemanTeX
package.
Version: 0.511 2021-07-25
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Semantic, keyval-based mathematics
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Version: 0.509 2021-07-24 :
Makes a very fundamental change. From now on, when you output to
a class or use commands like <Class> or UseClassInCommand<Class>,
you no longer render the data of the class itself (with the updated
settings provided by you, e.g. where you change the symbol).
Instead, you render an object called object_associated_to_class_<Class name>
which is of class <Class>. This seems to me a more natural way of
solving things. There will be very little change in the user experience,
though, apart from some error messages being formulated slightly differently.
Version: 0.510 2021-07-24 :
Corrected a bug introduced in the previous version.
Version: 0.511 2021-07-25 :
Corrected a new, minor error in the previous version (in fact,
in a class type which is explicitly deprecated).

A tcolorbox version is added, which can be enabled through the newly

breakable (of cause it can be made breakable, but then the line numbers
would look even worse at the break point), and it doesn't support line
numbering quite well (especially for displayed equations), but the gain
is that you can add background color to it.
