Summary description: Provide an intuitive LaTeX2 interface for expl3
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
LaTeX3 programming layer (expl3) is very powerful for advanced users, but it is
a little complicated for normal users. This functional package aims to provide
intuitive LaTeX2 functional interfaces for it.
Although there are functions in LaTeX3, the evaluation of them is from outside
to inside. With this package, the evaluation of functions is from inside to
outside, which is the same as other programming languages such as JavaScript or
Lua. In this way, it is rather easy to debug code too.

This update includes minor bug fixes and adjustments.
The asmeconf.cls layout and reference formats follow the style requested by ASME in 2022.
Hyperlinks and pdf features are fully supported. The class includes a modern BibTeX

current reference styles. This .bst can replace the old asmems4.bst.

ProjLib
package.
Version number: 2022-03-09
License type: lppl1.3c
Summary description: A series of tools to simplify your workflow
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Changes since the last version:
- The main interface ProjLib is now based on expl3
- The newly finished module projlib-theorem is added
- Minor fixes and improvements to the new modules
The current `ProjLib.sty` is the new `expl3` version, the old one has been renamed to
`PJLtoolkit.sty`.
The whole project is being rewritten with `expl3`. The new modules are basically finished
but are not yet documented. They have the names with prefix projlib-, and they are in
many ways better and more powerful than their predecessors. Most importantly, they are
not compatible with the old modules, so they cannot appear at the same time in the same
document, which, unfortunately, means that (for now) they cannot be used in classes like
`einfart` or `lebhart`, etc.
The new modules are:
- projlib-author
- projlib-datetime
- projlib-draft
- projlib-font
- projlib-language
- projlib-logo
- projlib-math
- projlib-paper
- projlib-theorem
When all these modules are finished, the documentation will be updated accordingly.

package.
Version: 5.0 2022-03-04
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Harvard referencing style as recommended by the University of Bath Library
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This release brings the styles in line with the Summer 2021
update to Harvard (Bath). Aside from formatting changes in
the style specification, the other notable changes in this
release are as follows:
- Series names (except those in `legislation` and `jurisdiction`
entries) are now coerced to sentence case, so any significant
capital letters need to be protected with braces.
- The ‘[Online]’ tag is now also triggered by `urldate`/`urlyear`.
In cases where it occurs directly after the title, it is no longer
left behind (after the year) if the title is moved to the head
of the reference. In `bath.bst`, it is `titleaddon` that moves.
- Due to some punctuation tweaks, maps now need to be given the
`book` entry type; previously this was an option but `manual`
was recommended.
- The `article` and `manual` entry types now support the `month` field.

Qu Yi submitted an update to the
easybook
package.
Version number: 1.636
License type: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Easily typesetting Chinese theses or books
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Added:
- commands defupfntmark and defdownfntmark that define the formatting of
footnote text and content markup.
- Added output arrangement option ‘bilist’ for bilingual title lists in the
document main directory.
- A new genre option ‘theorem’ is added to provide support for theorem

- The ableofcontents command adds the output scheme option ‘plan’, and no
longer uses the ‘+’ parameter to output the English directory.
- Added English main document directory hook option ‘bibetween’.
Changed:
- Directories use the title level option ‘level’ to set the title command, and
use the asterisk parameter to not output the title.
Deprecated:
- Deprecated the theorem environment definition command deftheorem due to some
unresolvable problems with the command.
- The document class removes the preset theorem environment and replaces it with
a user-defined environment.
- Considering the lack of functionality and practicality, the abstract
environment ‘outline’ and exercise ‘environment’ are deprecated.
