v3.3 of uk tex faq on ctan and web

i have installed this version of the faq to the usual places. as usual, for a major release, there are a few more questions answered, and a few more wrinkles in old material sorted out. an innovation, this time, is the files pdf-newfaq.lab and pdf-letterfaq.lab; these give the relationship between question labels and question titles, for the two forms of pdf that i distribute. the files are actually output of a toc-like mechanism; i've not actually convinced myself of a way to typeset them, yet :-( robin fairbairns. who _won't_ be speaking at the uk tug meeting about faqs and things, because of the lack of any voice.

i've just installed a file info/makingtexwork/mtw-1.0.1-html.tar.gz on ctan here. it's a copy of Norm Walsh's submission of the current version of the free html version of the o'reilly book. the root of the html tree is makingtexwork/html/index.html in the expanded archive. many thanks to Norm for permission to install the package. The major changes: 1. Now *all* macros that draw a figure and that take a list of points or numbers as their last parameter can take that list from an external file. 2. The options mplabels and truebbox are now independent of one another. 3. With option mplabels, the specification of the location of a label can be any *list* of MetaPost point expressions, enclosed in braces. 4. New options draft, final and nowrite. 5. The main documentation now includes an index of commands and options. 6. Several bugs from version 0.5 corrected.
