'fakebold', 'scale', 'drawcolor' and 'fillcolor' are optional and default values are '2', '1', black and white respectively. Because the implementation is quite different from the ConTeXt's, there are some limitations such that we can't apply shading (gradient colors) to the text. * support metafun's new shading method. Color expressions given as string are regarded as xcolor's or l3color's expressions.
