All boxes with the same tag -- regardless of where they are in the document -- will stretch to fit the widest box that uses that tag. The script expects the *.pfb and *.afm files named in the Karl Berry scheme (e.g. 5bbr8a.pfb). Just adapt the script variables to your fonts and directories. On Mon, 28 Dec 2009 Martin Scharrer submitted an update of the tikz-timing package. This package provides macros and an environment to generate timing diagrams (digital waveforms) without much effort. The TikZ package is used to produce the graphics. The diagrams may be inserted into text (paragraphs, hbox, etc.) and into tikzpictures. A tabular-like environment is provided to produce larger timing diagrams.
