The driven counters can be given as a CSV list to the `DeclareAssociatedCounters´ command and will be increased, even if the driver counter is reset in the meantime. RemoveAssociatedCounters will remove the specified counters from the update list. See the comments in the style file and the assoccnt_example.tex/assoccnt_example.pdf for usage and further explanation. This package can be used in conjunction with `totcount` to provide real total values of a counter, as long as no direct manipulation to an associated counter is done via `setcounter` or `addtocounter`.
