Karl Berry submitted an update to the

Version number: 2.20 2018-09-06
License type: lppl1.3
Summary description: LaTeX macros for TUGboat articles
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
A small update to the LaTeX tugboat macros and documentation. The
notable change is a new BibTeX style file, tugboat.bst, now recommended
for TUGboat articles.
- It is based on abbrvurl.bst (see https://ctan.org/pkg/urlbst),
- thus supports url and doi fields, among others.
- The url field is ignored if either the doi or howpublished field
is present, since in practice I observe that people put the same
information in all those fields.
- Has even more abbreviations, including printing only two author names
(plus et al.) if there are more than four authors, thanks to Mico
Loretan.
- Defines an @online entry type as an alias for @misc.
