axessibility
package.
Version number: 1.0
License type: cc-by-nc-4
Summary description: Access to formulas in PDF files by by assistive
technologies
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We propose the axessibility package. PDF documents containing formulae
generated by LaTeX are usually not accessible by assistive technologies
for visually impaired people (i.e., by screen readers and braille
displays). The axessibility package manages this issue, allowing to create
a PDF document where the formulae are read by these assistive
technologies, since it automatically generates hidden comments in the PDF
document (by means of the /ActualText attribute) in correspondence to each
formula.

latex2e-help-texinfo
package.
Version number: 2018-07-03
License type: pd
Summary description: Unofficial reference manual covering LaTeX2e
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We have updated the unofficial LaTeX2e reference manual.
There are many changes in this version. We have gone through the two
documents latex-info and latex2e-reference and made sure that this
document contains all the information about user-level commands that
those documents contain. There have also been other changes,
including switching to a single unified index, a more uniform entry
format, and many more examples and error messages. There are a number
of entirely new entries such as ones on strut, caligraphic math
fonts, oldmath, and blackboard bold. There have also been
adjustments to the organization such as having separate sections for
part, chapter, etc., and some combinations such as that of
clearpage and cleardoublepage.
In addition, there were many bug fixes, including greatly shrinking
the size of one of the graphics.
The English version and the French version track closely, although
they are separate projects on CTAN. The Spanish version needs
a maintainer.
Suggestions, bug reports, all discussion and contributions are welcome.

Summary description: Create a cross-document bookmark tree
Announcement text:

Short description: Create a cross-document bookmark tree.
The package defines the concept of a document bundle, which is a
collection of documents that are to be build separately, but have a
common bookmark tree.
This package takes the bookmarks of each file in doc bundle and merges
them. The merged bookmarks are listed in all the documents of the
document bundle. In this way, a sort of 'table of contents' is
available to all documents in the bundle.
PDF Creator: no restrictions, use dvips->distiller|ps2pdf, pdflatex,
lualatex, or xelatex.
What's New (2018/06/25) Defined new commands for creating bookmarks for
which arbitrary actions, color and style can be applied. These commands
build on hyperref's bookmark commands.
