* No longer redefine LaTeX2e's `@ifstar` command, use a custom prefix instead.
This fixes a bizarre conflict with a combination of the `thm-restate` and `cleveref` packages.
* Use a prefix for `@optarg`, similar chance of potential conflict.
* Fix bug in `genfrac`.
* Allow `mathtools` to be loaded after `breqn` (by preloading `graphicx` always).

Summary description: LuaTeX format based on Plain TeX and OPmac
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
OpTeX is a new macro package for LuaTeX written in January 2020. It is
based on plain TeX macros and on OPmac. See more about it at
http://petr.olsak.net/optex/
Today the OpTeX is in a state of maybe working prototype. I.e. it is in
Alpha version. Many features may be changed in future. I plan to do more
intensive work on it in summer 2020. But I am searching volunteers who
likes the main idea of the OpTeX and should help me with suggesting,
testing, documenting, coding...
Actual alpha versions will be released primarily at
http://petr.olsak.net/optex/. If we found that the version si more
stable then it will be released at CTAN too.
