The metadata are designed to be easy to extract, even by programs that are oblivious to the document's file format. Most of Adobe's applications store XMP metadata when saving files. Now, with the hyperxmp package, it is trivial for LaTeX document authors to store XMP metadata in their documents as well. hyperxmp integrates seamlessly with hyperref and requires virtually no modifications to documents that already exploit hyperref's mechanisms for specifying PDF metadata. hyperxmp can embed a wide variety of metadata as XMP, including the list of authors, document title, contact information (telephone number, postal address, email address, etc.), copyright statement, keywords, natural language, and much more. hyperxmp is compatible with pdflatex, latex+dvips+ps2pdf, latex+dvipdfm, xelatex, and lualatex. Version 5.3 of hyperxmp improves the automatic detection of document metadata. Much of the acmart and scrlttr2 metadata are now autodetected, as are languages specified using the polyglossia package. Version number: 2020-06-03 License type: lppl Summary description: Create a matching game with a hidden message Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Das Puzzle Spiel (dps) is a LaTeX package for creating a puzzle, a message actually, and a series of questions and answers. The document consumer matches the questions with the answers. With each match, another letter appears in the puzzle. Upon completion of all questions, the message hidden in the puzzle is revealed. The puzzle is primarily designed for the screen, but you can optionally create the game for paper. DPS was created as a learning tool. What's new (2020-06-03) Several options usebtnappr and uselayers. These are to support the creation of extended questions; the latter uses layers to typeset the questions into the document; the former uses icon appearances to do the same. Also, new is you can optionally create a sideshow. A sideshow is a tiled graphic that is progressively revealed as the player works through the puzzle. There is an additional option of having the tiled graphic appear randomly in the designated area and have a bubble sort rearrange the tiles into their proper order. There are many other changes and bug fixes. The package should work for users of dvips->distiller, pdflatex, lualatex, and xelatex. The usebtnappr option is available to all workflows. I think this template might help with other graduate students at ShanghaiTech University to quickly develop their thesis, so I pack it in CTAN tarball format and prepare to upload it to CTAN. Currently, this template can typeset the M.S. and Ph.D. thesis to meet the format requirements of ShanghaiTech University. I believe it is easy to use, and the document (in Chinese) is clear and easy to follow. In the future, I'll keep developing it to make it support B.S. thesis typesetting.
