Version number: 2.0

Summary description: Provide hooks to be run on every page of a document
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Package is now in a legacy status. Functionality similar to that provided
by this package is directly implemented in LaTeX since its 2020 Fall
release. On new enough LaTeX formats, everypage now merely emulates its
legacy interface on top of the new LaTeX mechanisms for compatibility
reasons, while on older formats, it fall backs to its own previous code.
Do not use everypage in new documents and do not rely on it in new
packages or classes of yours.

Dirk Krause asked us to remove his dktools bundle from CTAN.
The project is now available only at its SourceForge project page
https://sourceforge.net/project/dktools .
The project does not contain any LaTeX packages, but source code
to build executable programs.
During the last years, many programs unrelated to LaTeX were
added to the project. Therefore, CTAN is no longer a suitable
place to host the entire project.
The programs related to LaTeX are:
wxdkdraw Minimalistic drawing program for use with LaTeX
wxd2lat Convert wxdkdraw drawings to PDF+TeX, EPS+TeX, TeX (PGF)
bmpp Convert PNG, JPEG, TIFF to PDF, PS, EPS
fig2lat Convert *.fig to PS(+TeX), PDF(+TeX), PGF
