Many TeX macros and even a bit of math get translated to plain text for better readability. As a second application of 'pwebmac.tex', the development project for 'pwebmac' on Github now contains a set of changefiles and a Makefile that adapt the original WEB codes for TANGLE and WEAVE to the conventions of the Free Pascal Compiler (https://www.freepascal.org). However, this turns out to be problematic: the counters theorem etc. are not then directly visible to the user. To fix this, while still making user-defined counters available to thmnum, a new option delaythms is added. Now if you use thmnum=<user-defined-counter>, it would be necessary to add this new option. Furthermore, due to a previous, failed find-and-replace operation, keys like lower * were accidentally called lower **, while what was supposed to be lower ** was really called lower ***.
