Summary description: Typeset articles using KorigamiK’s document class
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I am excited to announce the release of the KorigamiK document
class, a new LaTeX document class designed specifically for
university or school projects and lab reports.
Based on the popular article class, KorigamiK includes a range
of modifications to make it more flexible for use in academic
writing. It features customizable front-matter, including title,
author, date, and institution, as well as support for multiple
sections, subsections, and appendices.
KorigamiK also includes a range of small changes designed to
make it easier to use, including improved defaults for margins
and font sizes, and better support for bibliographies and
references.
The KorigamiK class is released under the GNU GPL3+ license
to promote more open source documents. It is available now
on CTAN and can be installed via your TeX distribution's
package manager.
I hope you find the KorigamiK class useful in your academic
writing, and I welcome any feedback or suggestions for
future improvements.
Best regards,

egpeirce
package.
Version number: 1.0.0
License type: lppl1.3
Summary description: Draw existential graph invented by Charles S. Peirce
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
`egpeirce` is meant for drawing existential graphs (α, β, and γ systems
accounted for) that were invented and developed by the philosopher and polymath
Charles S. Peirce (1839--1914). The package also contains novel and unique
symbols for multiple types of linear logical operators Peirce invented and used
in his larger logical system.
The package enables your document to contain graphs without having to resort to
external image files. It also automates many of the more tedious aspects of
vectorizing existential graphs by hand. However, it does not check or ensure
that proper syntactic rules are obeyed. The graphs are described in relatively
simple and straightforward code and when you compile your document, LaTeX (or
PostScript through the PsTricks LaTeX package) does the drawing for you.

License type: lppl1.3c apache2 other-free ofl
Summary description: Emoji for all (LaTeX engines)
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Emo implements the emo{⟨emoji-name⟩} command for including color emoji such as 🏝
(emo{desert-island}) or 🦜 (emo{parrot}) in your documents independent of input
encoding or LaTeX engine. The implementation uses the Noto color emoji font if the engine
supports it and includes PDF graphics otherwise. The latter are automatically derived
from Noto’s SVG sources, so the visual appearance is very similar. The source repository
is at https://github.com/apparebit/emo. Emo may come in particularly handy when dealing
with academic publishers that provide only minimal support for non-Latin scripts (cough,
