Axel Sommerfeldt submitted an update to the
caption
package.
Version number: 2019-11-24
License type: lppl1.3
Summary description: Customising captions in floating environments
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This upload contains some bugfixes and new features:
- Issue #63 Interactions of `caption` and `keyfloat` together with a
KOMA-Script fixed
- Issue #66 Table caption starts with Figure fixed
- Label format `autodot' added (for usage within documents using
KOMA-Script document class)
- Label format `unnumbered' added
- ContinuedFloat renamed to continuedfloat (since this is not a
preamble command)
- caption will always be re-defined now, unless `compatibility' is set
to `v1' (or an incompatible package is loaded)
Note #1: Unfortunately the documentation is still outdated, I'm working
on this...
Note #2: The `newfloat' package was removed from this bundle
since it's an individual package independent of the `caption' package.
I'll upload a new version of it right now.

NewComputerModern
package.
Version: 1.001
License: gfl
Summary description: Computer Modern fonts including matching non-latin alphabets
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the first release of a new assembly of ComputerModern
fonts plus glyphs for non latin alphabets which are considered
compatible in style to CM fonts.
The fonts contain Latin and accented latin letters and combinations,
Greek (monotonic and polytonic) and Cyrillic.
NewComputerModern will try to be a language-complete font (as much as
this is possible). So if you can provide information about glyphs for
any language not covered at this point, I will gladly add the glyphs.
Please notice that I will not design new glyphs from scratch. I will
gladly correct faulty splines or compose a character from existing
ones (such as accented) but the suggested to be added glyphs, must be
available from some source. For example, I know that a compatible
to cm font for Hebrew exists but I do not have any information more
than that.

>From the README:
o memoir v3.7i
-- indexes now uses protection when being moved from the aux to the
idx file(s)
-- changed loading ifpdf, ifetex, ifxetex and ifluatex to just loading
the new iftex package. Suggested by The LaTeX Support Team.
-- new feature for createmark: the <show> variable now accepts:
nonumber, shownumber and notitle (implies shownumber). The latter
enables chapter headers to be just of the form Chapter <number>
-- By request, added a7paper and b7paper options (plus stockavii,
stockbvii, pageavii and pagebvii)
-- changed the header construction for tableofcontents and
friends. The anchor that hyperref will use for TOC, LOF etc entries
in the TOC will now point above the header not below it.
-- changed a few things in subbottom, which hopefully fixes an issue
with hypcap, https://tex.stackexchange.com/q/440399/3929 (and
https://github.com/ho-tex/oberdiek/issues/42)
-- the handling of absindent, absparsep is now correctly described in
the manual (any changes of these of use of them has to be delayed to
the start of the document via AtBeginDocument)
-- Updated the patched InputIfFileExists to match the one used in the
2019/10/01 format (if using that format, we use the old version)
-- Updated the embedded copy of the booktabs package, bringing it in
ling with booktabs v1.6180339.
-- Changed the warning emitted at the start of loading the caption
package. Apparently users got spooked by it. The caption package
works just fine with with memoir, the warning is just there to remind
users that once the caption package is loaded, all caption related
configurations should go through the caption package interface, not
through the class interface.
-- Fixed a bug in lofmark and lotmark when using the oneside option.
The default headings style uses markright for all marks under oneside,
but due to an ordering mistake, lofmark and lotmark would still be
using markboth unless you explicitly issued pagestyle{headings} in
the preamble. This is now fixed.
-- fixed bug in
ewfootnoteseries, the included footnote type did not
support more than one paragraph. Is now long.
-- fixed bug in pagenote[...]{...}. Under hyperref
pagenote{.}pagenote[.]{.}{pagenote{.} did not add a separator as
expected. It does now.
o memhfixc v1.18
-- added a par to contcaption to get rid of a sporadic space coming
from
efstepcounter under hyperref
-- additionally added a patch when hypcap is loaded, now using
contcaption is no longer an error (hypcap looks to see if caption
has been used)

Summary description: Draw electrical networks with TikZ
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
* Version 0.9.6 (2019-11-09)
The highlights of this release are the new multiple terminals
BJTs and several stylistic addition and fixes; if you like to
pixel-peep, you will like the fixed transistors arrows.
Additionally, the transforms are much more configurable now,
the pmos and nmos elements have grown an optional bulk
connection, and you can use the flow arrows outside of a
path.
Several small and less small bugs have been fixed.
- Added multi-collectors and multi-emitter bipolar transistors
- Added the possibility to style each one of the two coils
in a transformer independently
- Added bulk connection to normal MOSFETs and the respective anchors
- Added text anchor to the flow arrows, to use them alone in
a consistent way
- Fixed flow, voltage, and current arrow positioning when
auto is active on the path
- Fixed transistors arrows overshooting the connection point,
added a couple of anchors
- Fixed a spelling error on op-amp key noinv input down
- Fixed a problem with quadpoles style=inner and transformer
core having the core lines running too near

iftex
package.
Version number: 1.0b
License type: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Am I running under pdfTeX, XeTeX or LuaTeX?
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Minor update to iftex package to improve compatibility with KOMA-Script scrbase package
which defines ifpdftex with a different syntax.
iftex will now not over-ride the definition.
Users can still use the alternative name ifPDFTeX to access the iftex definition.
Alternatively(and preferable for compatibility with other document classes)
use the scrbase internalonly option so that package does not define a conflicting ifpdftex.

Michal Hoftich submitted an update to the
make4ht
package.
Version: 0.3 2019-11-01
License: lppl1.3
Summary description: A build system for tex4ht
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Version 0.3 2019-11-01:
Lot of changes this time:
- big update of the documentation, lot of grammar and spell errors fixed.
- the terminal output is suppressed to few status messages and errors
by default. The new --loglevel command line parameter can be used to
change the amount of the terminal output.
- added support for reading of the input from the standard input.
Use the - character instead of a filename.
New extensions:
- preprocess_input: support for pre-processing of the input files
using Pandoc and Knitr. It can detect the file type and process it
accordingly. It supports Markdown, RMarkdown, Rtex, Rnw etc.
- collapsetoc: useful for minitoces in multi page HTML files - it
created table of contents containing headers in the HTML file and
top level headers in the others. It is similar to TOCs used in
Readthedoces (https://papis.readthedocs.io/en/latest/configuration.html
for example)
New commands useful in the build files:
- bibliography support:
- Make:biber
- Make:bibtex
- indexing support:
- Make:xindy
- Make:makeindex
- Make:xindex
New DOM filter:
- tablerows: clean spurious rows from the converted tables.
Lots of bug fixes, especially in the ODT format output.
Version 0.3a 2019-11-01:
- Added make4ht- prefix to extensions and formats file names
- removed unused Lua libraries
Version 0.3b 2019-11-03:
The previous release introduced some filename clashes that
should be fixed with this one.
