Serguei Dachian submitted an update to the
armtex
package.
Version number: 3.0-beta4
License type: lppl
Summary description: A system for writing Armenian with TeX and LaTeX
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
ArmTeX (a system for writing in Armenian with TeX and LaTeX) was updated from
version 3.0-beta3 to version 3.0-beta4.
This update includes some minor corrections, as well as several new commands
related to using Armenian letters in math mode.
Also, to better follow the CTAN policy, ArmTeX was repacked in a more flat
manner. Nevertheless, for installation on a real TeX system, we provide the
file armtex.tds.zip which contains a TDS-packaged version (which uses the
directory structure of the previous versions).
The main (and hopefully the only) reason to keep this version in beta state is
still the outdated documentation: the provided manuals (both the Armenian and
English versions) are the (almost unchanged) manuals of ArmTeX 2.0. However, a
description of the new features of ArmTeX 3.0 is provided at the end of the
README file.

Note: The macros require a complex installation procedure; the package

Every installation is different from any other as password-protected macro
names and private messages have to be chosen by the installer. Therefore,
the files in the package cannot be used directly.
The files carry the extension .org and only after the user has done
an individual customization for a private installation the changed
files are renamed and have the extension .tex. For details see the

New Support address
https://github.com/LaTeX-Package-Repositories/ucs/issues
This update (By David Carlisle, with permission from the original
authors, Dominique Unruh and Wolfgang Jeltsch) makes
usepackage[utf8x]{inputenc}
act like the standard utf8 option, so has no effect in most cases
as UTF-8 is the default encoding in recent LaTeX releases.
If the ucs package is explicitly loaded, the original utf8x
definitions are used, but ucs.sty and utf8x.def have been updated
to use e-tex protected definitions to make them compatible with
Unicode support in LaTeX, notably MakeUppercase in the June 2022 LaTeX

Paolo De Donato submitted an update to the
lt3rawobjects
package.
Version: 2.0 2022-08-03
License: gpl3+
Summary description: Objects and proxies in LaTeX3
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
With the 2.0 version some backward incompatible changes are added
to this new version, in particular the internal organization of
objects is adjusted. So objects created with a preceding version
of this packages won't work very well with functions and other
objects created with version 2.0 of lt3rawobjects. If after the
upgrade you find undocumented issues please open a new issue or
tell me more in a new discussion.
In this new version you can define also methods inside your objects.
Methods are simply functions bounded to container objects like member
variables. Currently methods can be only near constants or remote
constants, but in future releases mutable methods may be introduced.
For this reason names of functions working with constant members
are changed in order to better distinguish constant members and
constant methods, For example inside library functions names
keywords nconst and rconst are replaced respectively with ncmember
and rcmember. Other modifications can be found inside the
documentation page.
Other functionalities:
* Functions object_test_proxy to test if an object is generated
from the specified proxy;
* Constant reorganization;
* Documentation improvement.

customdice
package.
Version number: 1.0 2022-07-31
License type: cc-by-sa-4
Summary description: Simple commands for drawing customisable dice
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
customdice is a package for LaTeX, LuaLaTeX and XeTeX that provides
functionality for drawing dice. The aim is to provide highly-customisable but
simple-to-use commands, allowing:
- adding custom text to dice faces;
- control over colouring;
- control over sizing.
I've long struggled to find a dice package I fully like. I have been using
epsdice, but it only offers white or black standard dice and I found I wanted to
draw dice with other text on the faces so I wrote this package which draws the
dice in TikZ and offers lots of customisation around what is displayed on the
dice face, colour and size.

exam-zh-question.sty and exam-zh-choices.sty, where these module
packages can be used individually.
Although there are several excellent exam packages or
classes uploaded before like exam and bhcexam , they
don't fit the chinese style very well or they cannot
be customized easily for chinese exam of all types like
exams in primary school, junior high school, senior high
school and even college. Those are the main reason why
exam-zh was created.
In exam-zh, you can
- separate the format and the content very well;
- use choices environment to typeset choice items easily and automatically;
- design the sealline easily;
- use it in Windows, macOS and Linux;
- ...(for more that you can do with it, please read the manual: exam-zh-doc.pdf
