As said in its mission statement at
http://www.philosophersimprint.org, ``Philosophers' Imprint is a
refereed series of original papers in philosophy, edited by philosophy
faculty at the University of Michigan, with the advice of an
international Board of Editors, and published on the World Wide Web by
the University of Michigan Digital Library. The mission of the Imprint
is to promote a future in which funds currently spent on journal
subscriptions are redirected to the dissemination of scholarship for
free, via the Internet.'' The journal used to accept manuscripts in
Rich Text Format only. However, for many authors, especially from the
field of logic, TeX seems to be a better choice. I was commissioned
to write a LaTeX class for this journal.
The aim of the class is to help authors to typeset their own
articles in the ``Web-ready'' format. We do not assume the authors
have any commercial fonts installed on their machines. The class
uses only freely available and freely distributed fonts.
Changes in version 1.1
- New formatting of journal URL

package.
License type: lgpl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ticks are no longer autoscaled when the number of major intervals is specified
and autoscale is false. Manual tick scaling was fixed. A bug in the palette
range was fixed. A division by zero in constructing curved arrows was fixed. A
numerical underflow was fixed. A picture bound error was fixed. The current
value of currentpen is now always respected in default arguments. A default
viewportwidth is no longer imposed for attached images. A routine for computing
camera positions was added. The format command is now more consistent with C++
printf formatting. Named arguments can now appear in function calls after rest
arguments. The wheel example was improved to support PDF animations. The erase
command no longer resets the machine state. Pipes are now used for xasy
communication. A new mode parameter to input and output replaces xinput,
xoutput, binput, and boutput. The icon directory path for 64-bit MSWindows
systems was fixed. Compilation of native CYGWIN binaries is now supported.

Summary description: experimental hyphenation patterns for the German language

## English
This package provides experimental hyphenation patterns for
the German language, covering traditional and reformed
orthography for several varieties of Standard German. The
patterns can be used with packages Babel and hyphsubst from
the Oberdiek bundle.
## Deutsch
Dieses Paket enthält experimentelle Trennmuster für die
deutsche Sprache.
## v0.23 (2012-05-30)
#### Wortdatenbank
Rechtschreibung hinzugefügt entfernt korrigiert
---------------------------------------------------------------
traditionell (DE, AT) 44 93 166
traditionell (CH) 44 93 161
reformiert 45 56 67
* _traditionelle Rechtschreibung (DE, AT, CH):_ Greift an einer Wortfuge
die Dreikonsonantenregel, so wird die folgende Trennstelle
grundsätzlich unterdrückt, sofern sie einen Abstand von nur zwei
Lauten hat. Beispiele:
Metallegierung => Me-tallegie-rung
Stilleben => Stilleben
Aber:
Brennessel => Brennes-sel
Stoffetzen => Stoffet-zen
#### Paket

On Wed, 30 May 2012, Uwe Lück submitted an update to the
morehype
package.
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
MAJOR CHANGES:
- The pure expansion limitation for the `blog.sty' way to
HTML is overcome by intercepting certain commands such
as EXECUTE, egin, and end (configurable). So you can
introduce shorthand macros specific for a certain web page
within its source `.tex' file, or even limited to an
environment. And environment nesting is checked! And we
introduce certain nice active characters for an intuitive
table syntax.
- We also use intercepting to support ligatures (`--',
`---', `...', ...) and some Wikipedia and Markdown markup
(font switching, highlighting by colours, Wikipedia links).
Parsing can be enabled within macro arguments by
modifying the two backbone macros that implement short
HTML elements.
This way, `blog.sty' becomes fun (but also slow ...)
...
- A kind of minimalist multilanguage approach based on
languages codes and the `dowith' package for adjusting
language-dependent settings is used.
Unfortunately, this upload is somewhat hasty, in order to
provide the files generating `latexfileinfo_pkgs.htm'
(`latexfileinfo-pkgs'). Some of the powerful code must
later move from the patch file `texblog.fdf' into proper
packages and be documented better.
MINOR CHANGES:
- `atari_ht.fdf' replaces `atari.fdf' to use HTML entities
for umlauts instead of relying on the encoding declaration
- `blog.sty' accesses some more characters than before
- `texlinks.sty' uses langcode for Wiki...

package.
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This package was developed as a typographers toolbox offering the most
important features for everyday work. First it allows setting the paper size
as well as the page layout. The next important feature is the ability of
printing crop marks both with TeX + dvips or (x)dvipdfm(x) and with pdfTeX.
Finally it is possible to reflect pages both horizontally and vertically.
Partial PDF/X conformance is implemented and black overprint is enabled
in pdfTeX, dvips, as well as (x)dvipdfm(x) drivers, i.e in XeLaTeX.
Version 1.4a is a bug fix, an infinite loop occured if a user requested
nonexistent page style (e.g. as a result of a misprint).
Version 1.4 implements black overprint for (x)dvipdfm(x) family of drivers,
i.e. it now works also with XeLaTeX.

Summary description: KOMA-Script a versatile LaTeX2e bundle
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
KOMA-Script is a versatile bundle of LaTeX2e document classes and packages. It
aims to be a replacement to the standard LaTeX2e classes. KOMA-Script does not
stop with the features known from the standard classes, but it extends the
possibilities in order to provide the user an almost complete working
environment.
Classes at KOMA-Script: scrartcl (article class), scrbook (book class), scrdoc
(internal), scrguide (internal), scrlettr (obsolete), scrlttr2 (letter class),
scrreprt (report class).
Packages at KOMA-Script: scraddr (handling of address files), scrbase (basic
features for class and package authors, e.g, key-value-options), scrdate (e.g.,
name of the day), scrextend (provides some KOMA-Script features for users of
other classes), scrfontsizes (developer help package to generate font size
files), scrhack (beta, improves some other packages), scrjura (beta, writing
laws, contracts etc.), scrkbase (sub-package used by KOMA-Script classes and
packages), scrlfile (manipulations while loading files, packages or classes),
scrpage (obsolete), scrpage2 (configuration and definition of page styles),
scrtime (output of current time), scrwfile (minimize usage of write handles;
cloning of helper files), tocbasic (easy generation and handling of table of
contents and lists of floats), tocstyle (alpha), typearea (professional type
area and borders for ordinary persons).
Main documentation files: scrguide.pdf (German), scrguien.pdf (English),
scrhack.pdf (English), scrjura.pdf (German), tocstyle.pdf (English).
For a detailed list of changes see <http://www.komascript.de/release> (in
