Name of contribution: natbib
Author's name: Patrick Daly
Location on CTAN: /macros/latex/contrib/natbib/
Summary description: Major revision to natbib package, contributions from
Arthur Ogawa for REVTeX
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Arthur Ogawa has made substantial revisions to the natbib
package for the American Physical Society and their REVTeX
collection. These are mainly to emulate the features of the
mcite package of Thorsten Ohl, which is otherwise
incompatible with natbib. All this is to allow the upcoming
new release of REVTeX to function properly.
The new features allow references to be merged within the
bibliography listing itself. They require special BibTeX
style files, provided by the APS.
Patrick Daly has made extensive tests to ensure that the
regular features of natbib are unchanged.
