New CTAN package: texliveonfly

On Mon, 19 Sep 2011 Saitulaa Naranong submitted the texliveonfly package. Summary description: Script for downloading missing TeX Live packages on the fly similar to MiKTeX License type: gpl Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- This script performs on the fly downloads of missing packages on compilation, a feature that many missed from MiKTeX. To use it, replace your lualatex/pdflatex/etc command with a call to this script, e.g. texliveonfly.py file.tex [Current default options are --engine=lualatex and --arguments=-synctex=1 -interaction=nonstopmode; these can be changed.] The script was written on Ubuntu and should (hopefully) be compatible with linux distributions. On Sun, 18 Sep 2011 Vafa Khalighi submitted an update to the bidi package. Summary description: Support for bidirectional typesetting in plain TeX and LaTeX. License type: lppl Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1) Documentation for usage of bidi package in Plain XeTeX is added. 2) New command eqnewif is added that makes old and new bidi conditionals identical, e.g. if@rl and if@RTL. Generally this new command eqnewif makes two conditionals identical such that whenever first conditional is true, the second one is also true and whever the first conditional is false, the second contional is also false.
