This initial CTAN release provides: * `\mahjong{...}` for typesetting Mahjong hands; * `\mahjongriver{...}` for discard-river layouts; * support for red fives, face-down and blank tiles, gaps, rotated called tiles, stacked sideways tiles, and concealed-kong shorthand; * configurable tile size and tile-back colour; * support annotations above the tiles; * PDF tile artwork and a documented `.dtx/.ins` source distribution.
