dfg-crc
package.
Version: 0.3.0 2026-10-20
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Create DFG Collaborative Research Centre proposals and CVs
Announcement text:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Version 0.3.0 updates the project-leader equality table in section 1.4.2 B
to follow the revised DFG form 60.200, with female-only figures by default
and first-funding-period numbers and percentages for third-period proposals.
The manual and
README document commands for retrieving counts, category totals, and
percentages in prose. Statistics remain consistent when switching funding
periods inside grouped calls. The overview defaults to female-only DFG
columns; printTable[all-sexes]{GenderEqualityProjectLeaders} selects f/m/d
figures for all three periods for that table only. Put table options before
the table specification.

Alain Matthes submitted an update to the
tkz-berge
package.
Version: 2.20c 2026-10-20
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Macros for drawing graphs of graph theory
Announcement text:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
## [2.20c] — 2026/10/20
### Changed
- Keys use the pgfkeys layer of tkz-graph instead of `xkeyval`: same names,
same default values, same results.
- The macros call the internal commands of tkz-graph (`\tkzgr@Vertex`,
`\tkzgr@Edge`, `\tkzgr@Edges`), not the short names.
- Needs tkz-graph 2.20c (2026-10-20) or later; an error is raised otherwise.
- `\grHypercube[options]{n}`: hypercube Q_n; vertices named by their binary
word (`a000`, `a001`...); classic drawings for n = 1 to 4.
- `\grTree[options]{k}{depth}`: complete k-ary tree; vertex j of level l
named `<prefix>l;j`.
### Examples
- NamedGraphs examples: each file has its own preamble (no more
`\input{tkzpreamblenamed.ltx}`); `tkzNamed-12-2-0` loads `xcolor` with
`dvipsnames`, `tkzNamed-15-2-0` declares its counter `tempi`.

Summary description: Draw graph-theory graphs
Announcement text:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
## [2.20c] — 2026/10/20
### Changed
- Keys use `pgfkeys` instead of `xkeyval`: same names, same default values,
same results. The behaviour of `\presetkeys` is kept (preset values apply
only to the keys not given; `\SetVertexMath`, `\SetUpEdge`, `\GraphInit`...
still change them).
- `xkeyval` is no longer loaded: a document that used it without loading it
must now load it.
- `vstyle` and the `dir` key of `\grLoop` accept a macro as value.
- The short names (`\Vertex`, `\Vertices`, `\Edge`, `\Edges`, `\Loop`, `\EA`,
`\WE`, `\NO`, `\SO`, `\NOEA`, `\NOWE`, `\SOEA`, `\SOWE`) are installed at the
beginning of each `tikzpicture`. A definition of `\EA`, `\NO`... made
elsewhere (by the user or another package) keeps its meaning outside the
pictures. If such a name is already defined when tkz-graph is loaded, a
warning gives the prefixed name.
- The code calls only internal commands (`\tkzgr@...`); tkz-berge does the same.
- Each `vstyle` is a pgfkeys key (`/tkzgraph/vstyle/<name>`).
- Internal macros protected; `\ifthenelse` no longer used internally
(`ifthen` is still loaded); `etex` removed; `\fileversion` and `\filedate`
are no longer redefined.
### Fixed
- `\AddVertexColor` and `\Vertices` no longer depend on global helper macros
(`\deb`, `\fin`, `\v`, `\liste`...).
- A second `\GraphInit[vstyle=...]` in the same group was ignored and wrote
its value in the text (the internal macro `\GR@init@vstyle` overwrote the
key itself).
### Added
- Prefixed names, always available: `\tkzVertex`, `\tkzVertices`, `\tkzEdge`,
`\tkzEdges`, `\tkzLoop`, `\tkzEA`, `\tkzWE`, `\tkzNO`, `\tkzSO`, `\tkzNOEA`,
`\tkzNOWE`, `\tkzSOEA`, `\tkzSOWE`.
- Package option `noshortnames`: the short names are never defined.
- `\tkzDefGraphStyle{<name>}{<code>}` defines a new style for
`\GraphInit[vstyle=<name>]` (name case insensitive).
- `\tkzSetUpGraph[...]`: local settings of the vertices, edges and labels
(`vertex shape`, `vertex line width`, `vertex line color`, `vertex text color`,
`vertex fill`, `light fill`, `dark fill`, `ball color`, `inner sep`,
`outer sep`, `small size`, `medium size`, `big size`, `edge color`,
`edge width`, `edge fill`, `art color`, `double distance`, `label text`,
`label fill`, `unit`), `directed` (an arrow on every edge) and `arrow tip`.
It replaces the `\renewcommand` of `\VertexShape`, `\EdgeLineWidth`...
- Keys `->`, `<-`, `<->`, `-` and `arrow` for `\Edge` and `\Edges`.
- Keys `rotation` (angle of the first vertex) and `clockwise` for
`\Vertices{circle}`.
- `\tkzHighlightPath[options]{A,B,C}` (path, option `cycle`) and
`\tkzHighlightPath{A/B,C/D}` (edges): edges drawn again over the graph
(`color`, `lw`, `style`).
- `\tkzAdjacencyMatrix[options]`: adjacency matrix of the graph of the last
picture (options `directed`, `order`).
- `\tkzGraphFromMatrix[options]{A,B,C}{0,1,1;1,0,1;1,1,0}`: graph (vertices
on a circle, or `placed`) from a matrix; options `directed`, `weighted`,
`unit`, `rotation`, `clockwise`, `style`, `loop distance`, `bend`.
- `\grProbMatrix{A,B,C}{matrix}`: probabilistic graph with any number of
states, from the transition matrix.
### Compatibility
- Same rendering for the existing documents. `arrows.meta` is not loaded
(it changes slightly the default tip); load it to use `arrow tip=Stealth`.
- tkz-berge must be 2.20c or later (older versions need `xkeyval`).

Alain Matthes submitted an update to the
tkzexample
package.
Version: 1.51c 2026-10-20
License: lppl1.3
Summary description: Package for the documentation of all tkz-* packages
Announcement text:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
## [1.51] — 2026/10/20
### Added
- New key `break code` (`auto`, `fill`, `always`, `never`): a long code can be
split across pages. The line numbers (`num`), the background (`code`) and
the frame (`frame code`) continue on the following pages.
`break code=never` gives the behaviour of 1.45c (unbreakable box).
### Fixed
- The key `above skip` works (it had no effect).
- The options may contain `\par` (e.g. `above skip=\par\vspace{1cm}`).
## [1.50] — 2026/10/05
### Changed
- The brackets `[]` after `\begin{tkzexample}` are optional.
- `xcolor` and `pgfkeys` are loaded: `tkzexample` can be used without `tikz`.
### Fixed
- `overhang=false` works again (duplicate key removed).
- The keys `inner right margin` and `inner bottom margin` are used.
- `tkzltxexample`: the key `hsep` no longer overwrites the dimen `\tkz@hsep`.
- Keys `latex` and `vbox`: an end of line in the code is a space again and an
empty line starts a new paragraph (the words of two lines were glued together).
- Option `saved`:
- with `code only`, the code is printed and not the name of the file;
- no more overflow of 6pt when the code is placed under the result;
- several examples in the same subsubsection no longer overwrite each other
(`tkzFile-1-2-0.tex`, `tkzFile-1-2-0-2.tex`, ...);
- `\tkzSavedCode` works without brackets.

tkz-fn
package.
Version: 1.00c 2026-10-19
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Draw graphs of functions in 2D, using TikZ and LuaLaTeX
Announcement text:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
tkz-fn draws graphs of functions with TikZ; all computations are done
by Lua, so the package requires LuaLaTeX. It is the successor of
tkz-fct: gnuplot, fp.sty, tkz-base and --shell-escape are no longer
needed. All macros begin with \tkzFn, so tkz-fn and tkz-fct can be
loaded together.
Features:
- curves y = f(x), parametric and polar curves, interrupted at vertical
asymptotes and where the function is not defined;
- tangent lines (with one-sided tangents), areas under or between
curves, Riemann sums (left, right, mid, inf, sup);
- points on curves, coordinates, labels, vertical and horizontal lines,
data plots;
- values, derivatives, integrals and Riemann sums computed by Lua and
printed in the text;
- numbers in American (3.14, (a, b)) or French (3,14, ]a ; b[) format;
- axes as in school textbooks, with arrows at one or both ends, or
"box" axes as with pgfplots, selected by an option;
- optional bridge to tkz-elements: points defined by tkz-fn are
exported to the table z.
The documentation is available in American English (tkz-fn-en.pdf)
and in French (tkz-fn.pdf).

Alain Matthes submitted an update to the
tkz-doc
package.
Version: 1.46c 2026-10-20
License: lppl1.3
Summary description: Documentation macros for the TKZ series of packages
Announcement text:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
## [1.46c] — 2026/10/20
The text of the documents is the same as with 1.45c (checked page by page on
the documentation of tkz-tab, tkz-graph, alterqcm, tkzexample and tkz-doc),
but the index changes.
### Changed
- The index no longer contains the wrong entries written by `NewMacroBox`
(name and arguments together, e.g. `\Edge[local options](Vertex A)...`)
and by `NewEnvBox` (`\begin{...}`, `\end{...}`); the correct entries are kept.
- `\TeX` is robust again, as in the LaTeX kernel: an index entry that contains
`\TeX` (e.g. `\tkzNamePack{Lua\TeX}`) may be sorted differently.
- `\tikzstyle` (deprecated) replaced by `\tikzset` for the styles `mybox`,
`fancytitle` and `title`.
- Identification part (`\NeedsTeXFormat`, `\ProvidesClass`) placed first;
LaTeX 2020/10/01 or later is required.
- Option `cadre`: `pgfornament` is loaded automatically if the document does
not load it (only a warning if it is not installed).
- `\url` and `\href` are no longer needed: the cover and `\presentation` use
them only if a package (`hyperref`, `url`) defines them.
### Added
- `\tkzmailofauthor`: e-mail address used by `\presentation`
(default `al.ma(a)mac.com`, as before).
- Default values for the colours (`myblue`, `sectioncolor`, `titlecolorbox`,
`framecolor`) when `tkz-doc.cfg` is not found, and for the macros
`\tkznameofpack`, `\tkzversionofpack`, `\tkzversionofdoc`,
`\tkzauthorofpack`, `\tkznamecollection`, `\tkzurlauthor`, `\tkzurlauthorcom`.
- The documentation explains the class (options, cover, colours, boxes,
macros for names, arguments and index, tables, layout).
### Fixed
- `\presentation` can be used more than once (`\newlength` was inside the macro).
- `\tkzTitleFrame`: fragile commands in the title no longer break
(`\protected@edef` instead of `\edef`).
- `\tkzNameMacro` and `\TMline` no longer index their argument twice.
- `\tkzSetUpColors` no longer adds spurious spaces.
- Duplicate definitions of `\TeX`, `\LaTeX` and `\LATEX` removed.
- The KOMA-Script internal `\idx@heading` is redefined only if it exists.
