Nan Geng submitted the
codemwe
package.
Version: 1.1.0
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Typeset code with a result box and generate MWE files
Announcement text:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
codemwe typesets example code and its compiled result in one box and,
from the same source, writes a minimal independently compilable file
for the example. It is written in expl3 on top of tcolorbox, fancyvrb
and graphicx, and was developed while writing a package manual, where
every example must appear as code, as result, and as a file the reader
can compile.
Features
* example, example* and texcode environments for horizontal, vertical
and code-only layout, plus a ccode environment preset for C code.
Each example is numbered, labelled and cross-referenceable.
* Automatic generation of an MWE .tex file per example, with the
document class, the packages and optional extra preamble material
placed in the preamble and the body delimited by comment lines.
* Code backends: extension, comment character, compilability and
minted language name are kept together, so that non-LaTeX code
can be shown and saved.
LaTeX and C are built in; \codemweNewBackend registers more.
* Optional syntax highlighting through minted (“minted” and
“mintedstyle” options). minted is detected and loaded when
codemwe itself is loaded, so highlighting can be switched on
and off anywhere in the body or per environment with no preamble
preparation; when minted or -shell-escape is missing, the
package falls back to fancyvrb with a single warning.
* Six built-in box designs plus \codemweNewBox for user-defined
tcolorbox designs; optional titles.
* Language varieties for the transition phrases, the structural
comment words and the reference prefix, “en” and “zh” built in,
\codemweNewLang for further varieties.
* Fine control over what is printed in the code box (withcls,
withpkg, withextra, nobody, noshow) and over numbering,
line numbers, spacing and result figure size.
* All options usable as package options, environment options,
or with \codemweset in the current scope.
Requirements
* LaTeX2e 2020-10-01 or later, expl3, tcolorbox (2020-10-09 or later),
fancyvrb, graphicx.
* For the minted option only: the minted package and a compilation
with -shell-escape.
The bilingual (Chinese/English) manual, codemwe.pdf, is included.
It is typeset with codemwe itself and may serve as a gallery of
the package's output.

Matthias Werner submitted the
osglecture
package.
Version: 2026-10-23
License: lppl1.3c mit artistic gpl1+
Summary description: Lecture materials from one source: slides, script, and tagged PDF
Announcement text:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The osglecture bundle generates lecture materials: several documents
from one LaTeX source, in different formats and in several languages.
Document classes (ltx-talk or beamer, book or scrbook) are
selected through profiles, so the source stays class-independent; the
build manager ollm builds single lecture units as well as whole lecture
series while maintaining cross-unit references.
The bundle also aims at accessible, tagged PDF. Several of its packages
may be useful on their own.
The bundle requires LuaLaTeX, a current TeX Live, and, if ltx-talk is
used, ltx-talk 0.5.3 or later. It is under active development and its
interfaces may still change.
The bundle currently contains:
- osglecture: document class that produces slides, script, handouts, and
other materials from a common source
- ollm (OSG LaTeX Lecture Maker): latexmk-based build manager for
creating and deploying lecture materials
- osglecture-modes: portable document modes in the style of
beamer/ltx-talk for arbitrary classes
- langselect: several language versions of a document from a common
source
- tagpax: semantic import of tagged PDFs
- osgstyler: template-based formatting
- ltxtalk-theme: theme engine for ltx-talk, with a few themes modelled
after Beamer themes
- ltxtalk-theme-tuc-2019: unofficial version of the TU Chemnitz
presentation theme for ltx-talk
- ansiterm: ANSI-aware, optionally executable terminal windows
- osglistings: minted-based code-listing front end
- semcat: semantic-category markup
- tagdirtree: taggable directory trees
- tagbridge: transitional patches for a few third-party packages that
lack native tagging (PDF/UA) support
- osgdoc: small wrapper for cnltx with further support for documentation

pgf-go
package.
Version: 0.2026.10.23 2026-10-23
License: lppl1.3c fdl
Summary description: Diagramming and commenting on Go games
Announcement text:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
pgf-go 0.2026.10.23 is a major update.
- A compute kernel in Lua (default with LuaLaTeX), with an expl3
fallback for the other engines.
- The rules of the game: captures, "N at M" notes for kos, and the
territory found by \territory{auto}, with the score (\pgfgoscore).
- SGF games: \sgf draws a game on a board, \sgfdiagrams draws it as a
series of diagrams as in books (with comments, variations and the
result), \sgfanimation steps through it with buttons (animate), and
\sgfproblem draws problems with their solutions. Files in UTF-8,
Latin-1, GBK, Big5, Shift_JIS, EUC-JP and EUC-KR are read.
- Named boards: resume a position in another diagram, or show part of
it inside the text with \pgfgoview (also before the board, and from
another document).
- Star points, arrows and lines, marks of your own, and images for
stones and boards, with three new profiles (shell, yunzi, baduktv).
- A grid to lay out diagrams (pgfgolayout), partial = auto, and border
coordinates in the Western, Japanese or Chinese style.
- The texts of the package are translated into ten languages.
