This new release of the 'pwebmac' macros matches the page numbers of PDF
bookmarks with the table-of-contents. Thanks to Heiko Oberdiek for the initial
implementation in his 'latex-tds' package from 2014.
The 'makeall' script learned to produce formatted output for the main 'mp.w'
part of the MetaPost system. This will be made available in upcoming releases
of the 'knuth-hint' and 'knuth-pdf' packages.
