All | characters were removed. Version 4.21c fixes this problem. You can now find all the examples (tex and pdf) on my website altermundus.fr as individual files. You will also find many documents created with tkz-euclide with source and pdf. For example : euclidean.pdf this document compares the methods of TikZ and TKZ and gives some more examples.
