Power electronics devices are the main characters in this release: PUT,
GTOs, a new style for thyristors, and a photovoltaic module.
Additionally, an **experimental** support for subcircuits has been
added; it could change in the future.
Fixed a nasty bug in rotary switches in anchor positioning in some cases.
- Added support for creating and using sub-circuits
- Added UJT transistors and GTO devices
- Added (as an option) a different, more compact style for thyristor-type
devices.
- Added a photovoltaic module
- Added a DC/DC converter block for symmetry
- Added the possibility to change the waveforms shown in the oscilloscope
- In the manual, separate the component usage chapter from the big
component list
- Fix wrong rotary switch in anchors for switches with more
than 180 degrees coverage

Karl Berry submitted an update to the
texfot
package.
Version: 1.43 2021-05-01
License: pd
Summary description: Filter clutter from the output of a TeX run
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
texfot is a small Perl script to filter the online output from a TeX
run, attempting to show only those messages which (probably) deserve
some action. The TeX invocation itself can remain exactly the same.
This update checks for the TMP environment variable if TMPDIR is not set.
This program has no home page other than CTAN and no mailing lists.

Antonis Tsolomitis submitted an update to the
NewComputerModern
package.
Version number: 3.90
License type: gfl
Summary description: Computer Modern fonts including matching non-latin alphabets
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is an intermediate release as we move towards Version 4. The fonts now
(i) include 8pt versions for Regular and Book weight in Regular and Italic in Roman and Sans families
(ii) Support diacritics stacking for all Latin glyphs
(iii) Source sfd files are included since they now essentially differ from otf files. The diacritics
stacking capability added, enabled the auto-composition of accented glyphs already in Unicode, thus
reducing the size of sfd files and enabling the possibility to correct one spline and the correction
to be inherited in all composed glyphs.
This capability will be added to Greek for version 4. The 8pt fonts will be used for footnote and
lower sizes when the latest fontsetup package is loaded with options 'default' or 'olddefault'.
