Version number: 2.0 2020-09-07 License type: lppl1.3 Summary description: Individual typesetting of subfiles of a “main” document Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The version makes the subfiles package compatible with the upcoming October-2020-release of LaTeX and removes some bugs (see the issue tracker on Github or the accompanying documentation for details). Another major change is that the preamble of subfiles and text after the end of a document are skipped, as one would expect. It exists for one purpose only: To be loaded by documents which were originally typeset using the package SemanTeX, but which have been stripped of SemanTeX markup using the package stripsemantex. Therefore, unless your document is one of those, simply **don't use this package**. And even *if* your document is one of those, there is a good chance you will not have to load it after all. Version number: 0.4beta License type: lppl1.3c Summary description: Semantic mathematics Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- A very big update, which elevates the package from an alpha to a beta. The package is now regarded as more or less stable. Apart from fixing more or less all known bugs and issues, and doing internal improvements, the updates adds the following features: * A companion package, called stripsemantex, which allows you to completely strip your document of SemanTeX markup, to prepare it e.g. for publication. * Full support for left indices via the companion package, leftindex. * All keys are now fully pre-digested for further optimizations. * A more or less complete manual, more than twice as long as the old one.
