Andy Buckley submitted an update to the
Hepunits
package.
Version number: 2.0.0
License type: lppl
Summary description: A set of units useful in high energy physics
applications
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a major update (in concept if not actually large code volume)
to finally use siunitx rather than SIunits as the basis for hepunits --
back in 2007, siunitx and LaTeX3 support were rather flaky, so the
update never happened at the natural time. This update does change the
behaviour: better names for some units, removal of some pointless
units, making the units non-freestanding by default, and excluding
non-essential convenience prefixed macros for SI units unless requsted
via a package option. Kerning of the eV, eV/c and eV/c^2 macros has
been refined to perform appropriately in bold and non-bold contexts,
and the documentation improved.

Donald P. Story submitted the
endnotes-hy
package.
Version number: 2020-04-08
License type: lppl1.2
Summary description: Patches the endnotes package to create hypertext
links to the correct anchors
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a short package to support the creation of hypertext links in
support of the endnotes package. The package modifies the syntax of the
endnote command: endnote*[<num>]{<text>}label{<name>}. When the
*-option is used, no endnote mark is created, but the endnote itself is
written. The label command appears at the end of the endnote and its
arguments, rather than within the argument of the <text> argument.

Scott Pakin submitted an update to the
hyperxmp
package.
Version: 5.1 2020-04-08
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Embed XMP metadata within a LaTeX document
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
XMP (eXtensible Metadata Platform) is a mechanism proposed by
Adobe for embedding document metadata within the document itself.
The metadata are designed to be easy to extract, even by programs
that are oblivious to the document's file format.
Most of Adobe's applications store XMP metadata when saving files.
Now, with the hyperxmp package, it is trivial for LaTeX document
authors to store XMP metadata in their documents as well.
hyperxmp integrates seamlessly with hyperref and requires
virtually no modifications to documents that already
exploit hyperref's mechanisms for specifying PDF metadata.
hyperxmp can embed a wide variety of metadata as XMP,
including the list of authors, document title, contact
information (telephone number, postal address, email address,
etc.), copyright statement, keywords, natural language, and
much more. hyperxmp is compatible with pdflatex,
latex+dvips+ps2pdf, latex+dvipdfm, xelatex, and lualatex.
Version 5.1 is a bug-fix release.
Thanks to Robert Schlicht, Robin Schwab, and Ulrike Fischer
for their respective bug reports.
