package.
Version number: 4.69a 2020-04-17
License type: gpl2
Summary description: Fully automated LaTeX document generation
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Add -E option to default command for xdvipdfmx, to match call made
by xetex. This forces xdvipdfmx to always try to embed fonts.
Add -MSWinBackSlash -MSWinBackSlash- options (and corresponding
configuration variable $MSWin_back_slash) to control whether
directory separator ' is used for filenames on command line for
called programs under MSWin. -MSWinBackSlash- needs to be used
when TeXLive is used on MSWin and the TeX filename includes a
directory component.
When command-line-specified tex file not found, test for cusdep to
make it, then try kpsewhich, and only if all 3 fail report an
error.
Various minor improvements and bug fixes.

Summary description: Encoding notational conventions
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello,
This is a major upgrade (hence 'new package') to the pkg oops,
a tool for encoding notational conventions. The name change
(Custom COntent Oriented for LaTeX) reflects better the purpose
and the genealogy of this package (1).
In particular, the interface it not backward compatible due critical changes:
- to conform to xparse's recommendations
- in favor of simplification
- to allow new features
The new features are:
- Read/Write so notation that is created in one document can be used by another
- An option to make side effect persist after local group
- Versatile separators
- Support for lambda expressions
Other:
- More thorough testing, across 3 compilers
- More relevant listings
(this evolution is recorded in the doc under Change history)
Kind regards.
(1) The author of the 2005 pkg cool was notified on 04/11:
Just want to make sure I represented it faithfully,
and that you don't mind the name offshoot off of yours.
